We are pleased to announce the promotion of:

Lana Kazlova, MBA, CPA, Mark A. Reynolds, CPA, Leslie N. Aguillon, CPA and Julie M. Wiltbank.

Please join us in congratulating all of our newly promoted Supervisors!

Supervisors plan, oversee and complete accounting projects and manage Staff Accountants.  Each of these individuals have demonstrated the extensive technical knowledge and leadership qualities required of this position.

Lana Kazlova, MBA, CPA

A graduate of Wilmington University, Lana has 12 years of professional experience specializing in financial statement audits and related accounting and tax issues for common interest realty associations, governments and nonprofits. Lana is also responsible for tax and accounting service engagements for businesses and individuals.  She is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Lana is originally from Belarus and is fluent in Russian.  She lives in Berlin with her husband and two children.

Mark A. Reynolds, CPA

A graduate of Salisbury University, Mark has more than 25 years of corporate, nonprofit and public accounting experience.  He specializes in agricultural, cost segregation and not-for-profit organizations, and is assigned to the audits of many local churches and nonprofits.  Mark originally joined PKS in 1990 and left in 1996 to explore opportunities in private accounting.  He returned to PKS in September 2015 and has been a valuable addition to the PKS team.  Mark is licensed to practice in Maryland and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Church Business Administrators.  He lives in Salisbury with his wife Heather and their three children, Ashley, Sarah and Noah.

Leslie N. Aguillon, CPA

A graduate of Liberty University, Leslie has more than 9 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation. Leslie joined the firm in 2007 and specializes in common interest realty associations, not-for-profit organizations and government auditing. Her experience with audits, as well as her growing knowledge of tax compliance and planning for individuals and closely held business clients enables her to serve and collaborate with our clients in a variety of industries. Born in Bogota, Colombia, Leslie and her family moved to Seaford, DE when she was very young. She is proficient in Spanish and enjoys working with the firm’s Hispanic clients, expatriates and foreign income tax implications. Leslie is licensed to practice in the State of Delaware and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Julie M. Wiltbank

A graduate of Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Julie has more than 16 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation. She specializes in employee benefit plan audits and assurance as well as common interest realty associations. Julie joined the firm in 2000 and is best described as a highly organized individual that enjoys finding solutions to any challenge she may face. Her extensive experience, positive attitude and attention to detail makes Julie a valued asset to her clients. Julie and her husband Greg live in Willards and have four children. Julie has been a member of the Willards Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary for the last 20 years and is currently the fundraising chairperson.
